Throwing Class

These classes will happen on a monthly bases, on the last Saturday of every month, from 10am to 4.00pm, cost is €120 per person, which includes biscuit firing of two pots for you to take home.[expand title=”Read More..” collapsed=”true” targpos=”inline”] I have only three wheels so the class environment will be small and hands on. Clay Day has been designed for those bigger groups of people who are looking to do something different. Spend a day working with clay under the instruction of ceramicist Jackie Maurer. Learn new skills and make something that you can take home at a later date and keep for ever more.[expand title=”Read More..” collapsed=”true” targpos=”inline”] This will be a fun filled collaborative day, ideal for Corporative groups, Hen parties, Team building, etc. Minimum 8, Maximum 10, cost per person €80, workshops run from 10.00am to 4.00pm and it includes a light lunch. Paper Clay Print Class

This Course will take places in The Burren Ballyvaughan Co Clare, at Jackie Maurer ceramics Studio. This is a one day workshop that will run from 10am to 4pm on the 23th of September 2017, the cost is €80 which includes all materials and firings. A bowl of soup or salad will be provided with tea, coffee and light refreshments.

This course is suited to those that enjoy drawing and mark making, the results of drawing on plaster slabs and transferring ideas on to thin sheets of clay are very exciting. [/expand]
